Delivery Information

We can post your order up until 3pm each day, the cost for 2nd Class UK mainland is £4.99 on items up to 3kg, if you require next day delivery please select the first class option at check out or call us on 07791769247 to make sure this can be done. Bulky items over 3kg  will be sent via APC, FedEx or DPD next working Day courier service which can also be selected at checkout.

Large item orders weighing over 3kg will usually be sent on next day delivery requiring a signature upon delivery. Smaller items will be dispatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class or a recorded service value dependent.

Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the next day working depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.

If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.

Please note.. Northern Ireland (BT),Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles,Jersey and Gernsey, (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges(see below) and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges, please contact us before Purchasing for a quote on postage if any of these apply to you.If you wish delivery to other European countries please email us for shipping charges.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and or the address matching your credit/debit card. This may be changed during the checkout depending on your payment method as this is a fraud protection procedure, click on delivery address to edit.

Non Mainland UK, Ireland, Europe, International and Chanel Islands.

Note that postage to Channel Islands will vary and that some items we sell are unavailable for delivery to all International destinations. If you are unable to select your destination please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail and we will be happy to help.

1st class Royal Mail

Usually delivered in 2 working days to UK mainland addresses.
Northern Ireland, UK islands and highlands of Scotland may take longer up to 5 days as busy periods.

Courier

Please note that all Courier deliveries will require a signature.
Couriers usually deliver between 8am and 6pm – unfortunately we are unable to give a delivery time.

Please note – goods despatched on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank holidays).
